Rigspolitiets Nationale Cyber Crime Center (NC3) har underrettet DKTV om, at den internet-side, som din browser har forsøgt at få kontakt med, kan indeholde billedmateriale, der vil kunne anses som seksuel udnyttelse af børn (i daglig tale børnepornografi).

Efter opfordring fra Rigspolitiets Nationale Cyber Crime Center har DKTV derfor valgt at blokere adgangen til internet-siden. Hvis du har indvendinger imod, at internet-siden er blokeret, kan du kontakte "DKTV".

Den danske blokeringsordning over for billeder og film af seksuelle overgreb mod børn er en del af et internationalt politisamarbejde til bekæmpelse af kommerciel og seksuelt udnyttelse af børn.

Efter straffelovens § 235 er det strafbart at udbrede, besidde eller mod vederlag eller gennem internettet at gøre sig bekendt med billedmateriale indeholdende seksuelle overgreb på børn. Strafferammen er i visse tilfælde 6 år.

The National Cyber Crime Center of the Danish National Police, who assist in investigations into crime on the internet, has informed DKTV, that the internet page which your browser has tried to get in contact with may contain material which could be regarded as child sexual abuse material.

On recommandation of The National Cyber Crime Center of the Danish National Police DKTV has blocked the access to the internet page. If you have any objections against the internet page being blocked, please contact DKTV.

The Danish Anti-distribution Filter covering pictures and movies showing sexual abuse of children is part of an international police co-operation for the prevention of commercial and sexual exploitation of children.

According to Section 235 of the Danish Criminal Code it is a criminal offence to disseminate, possess or for a payment or through the internet to become acquainted with child sexual abuse material. The maximum penalty can in certain cases be imprisonment for up to 6 years.

Information on criminal conduct on the internet may be passed on to the danish police on www.politi.dk.
